Solutions and engagement models

Six ways to scope a project

Commercial terms are agreed per project after discovery. We do not publish prices, timelines or launch dates.

Custom development

A defined product or module built to your requirements.

Best for
Teams with a clear feature set
How it is scoped
Requirements, milestones and acceptance criteria agreed after discovery.

Integration projects

Connect providers, payment services, CRM or reporting tools to your platform.

Best for
Operators and platform owners adding capabilities
How it is scoped
One integration at a time, each with its own test plan and upstream dependencies.

Platform modernization

Replace or improve parts of an existing platform step by step.

Best for
Businesses with a live platform to protect
How it is scoped
A staged plan that keeps the live system running while components change.

Technical consulting

Feasibility, architecture, vendor planning and delivery roadmaps.

Best for
Entrepreneurs and start-ups before committing budget
How it is scoped
A fixed set of workshops and written outputs.

Ongoing engineering support

Maintenance, monitoring and small improvements after launch.

Best for
Teams that want engineering capacity on call
How it is scoped
Scope, response expectations and hours defined in a support agreement.

Partner-delivered solutions

Where a complete casino offering is needed, we can coordinate third-party platforms or approved partners.

Best for
Businesses without their own platform
How it is scoped
Only where a suitable partner exists; their licences, contracts and terms apply.

Turnkey and white-label are not NextGen-owned products today. They appear above only as partner-delivered options, and we will tell you plainly when a requirement cannot be met that way.

Casino platform and aggregation architecture

A real foundation: our own aggregation platform

Our aggregation projects start from a working system, not a slide. The same six layers exist in the code today. The first layer is a simulated provider until real, authorized integrations are added.

  1. Authorized providers

Simulated sandbox provider today; others only after documentation, credentials and verified tests.

  2. Provider adapter layer

Typed adapters keep provider-specific signing, HTTP and errors out of controllers and wallet logic.

  3. Unified aggregation core

Normalized catalog, availability rules, tenant isolation, audit trail.

  4. Game catalog and launch sessions

Expiring sessions whose tokens are stored only as hashes.

  5. Operator API and wallet callbacks

Operator REST API and signed provider callbacks, both idempotent.

  6. Reporting and reconciliation

Per-currency reports, settlements and reconciliation against provider statements.

  1. Authorized providers
Sandbox provider (simulated) · others not connected
  2. Adapter layer
    Authentication · catalog · launch · callbacks
  3. Aggregation core
Catalog · sessions · wallet ledger · reporting · audit
  4. Operators
REST API v1 · wallet callbacks

What we can build

Project possibilities

Project scope, vendor selection, legal permissions and delivery time depend on your requirements. These are types of projects we can scope with you, not completed examples.

  • A new casino website and platform

The public site and the supporting platform behind it, scoped to your market.

  • A custom operator back office

Operator management, reporting and role-based access built around how you work.

  • A game aggregation integration

Catalogue, launch and wallet callbacks connected to the providers you contract.

  • A turnkey or white-label setup

Implementation on a third-party platform or partner, under their licence and terms.

  • A wallet and transaction integration

Wallet API and payment providers connected to a ledger, with reconciliation.

  • An affiliate or CRM integration

Tracking, agent tools and CRM connected to your platform.

  • An upgrade to an existing system

Modernization, new integrations or a stronger technical foundation.

Verified technology capabilities

What already exists, and how we know

Each capability below is part of the current NextGen platform and is exercised by automated tests. “Verified” means sandbox level: validation against a real provider or operator is a separate, contractual step.

  • Normalized game catalogueProvider games in one model, with synchronization history and duplicate detection.
  • Launch sessionsExpiring sessions; tokens stored only as hashes; country, currency and device rules.
  • Idempotent wallet ledgerInteger minor units, append-only entries, one transaction id per operator.
  • Operator-held walletsSigned wallet callbacks with unknown-outcome recovery.
  • Reconciliation and settlementsStatement comparison, reviewable exceptions and versioned revenue formulas.
  • Back officeRole-based admin console and operator portal with audit logs and notifications.
  • Versioned REST APIOpenAPI contract, error codes and a test that fails if route and spec diverge.
  • Signed webhooksTransactional outbox, retries with backoff and a delivery log.
  • Tenant isolationEnforced on the server and covered by negative tests.
  • Three languagesEnglish, French and Arabic, with right-to-left layouts.
  • Scenario simulatorDuplicates, retries and out-of-order callbacks exercised end to end.

Technology in use

The stack of our own platform, shown for transparency. Client projects may use other technology after assessment.

  • Laravel (PHP)Application framework
  • MySQLLedger and data, with database-level immutability
  • Redis queuesBackground jobs and webhooks
  • Tailwind CSS · ViteFront-end build
  • Pest · PlaywrightAutomated and browser tests

Not claimed: formal certifications, a completed independent security audit or penetration test, production uptime figures, or live integrations with third-party game providers.

Why work with NextGen

What you can rely on

  1. Honest scope

Every service says how it is delivered. If something is planned or partner-delivered, you will read that before you write to us.

  2. A working product as a base

We can show real screens and real behaviour, not only proposals.

  3. Engineering that protects money flows

Idempotent, append-only and tested: the principles our own ledger already follows.

  4. Built for your markets

English, French and Arabic with right-to-left support are part of the product, not an afterthought.

  5. One accountable partner

Strategy, build and integration under one engagement, with third parties named where they are involved.

FAQ

Questions we expect

Can you help if I only have an idea?
Yes. Projects often start with discovery: we clarify the goal, market, licensing questions and technical options before anything is built.
Do you work with solo founders and startups?
Yes, as well as growing businesses and established operators. Scope is adjusted to your stage; we do not publish prices or fixed packages.
Can you build a complete iGaming platform?
We can scope and engineer custom platform components such as back office, wallet and integrations. A complete platform depends on your requirements, licences and vendors, and is confirmed in a scoped agreement, never assumed.
Do you provide turnkey or white-label solutions?
Not as a NextGen-owned, licensed product today. Where needed, delivery goes through an external platform vendor or a project-specific partner, under their licence and terms. We tell you which model applies.
Can you integrate casino games and wallet systems?
Yes. Our own aggregation platform covers catalogue, launch and wallet callbacks in a simulated sandbox. Real provider connections need their credentials, documentation and approval, and none are live today.
Can you improve an existing platform?
Yes: modernization, integrations, reporting and back-office work, after a technical review of what you already run.
Do you support ongoing maintenance?
If it is included in the agreement. Hours and response expectations are defined per contract; we do not advertise round-the-clock coverage.
How does a project begin?
With a conversation on Telegram: tell us your idea, stage and goal. The button opens Telegram and you write the message yourself; nothing is sent automatically.
What affects the cost and timeline?
Scope, integrations, vendor selection, licensing and compliance, payment and game provider approvals, sandbox access and your own readiness. We give estimates after discovery, never before.
Can we discuss the project directly on Telegram?
Yes, it is our main channel. The button opens Telegram in a new tab with an editable draft message.
