NextGen Software

Legal

Privacy policy.

What personal data this website and the platform consoles handle, and why.

Draft for the publisher to complete. This page describes what the software actually stores. The legal entity acting as controller, the lawful basis, retention periods and a privacy contact must be added and reviewed by counsel before a public launch.

Enquiry forms (demo and contact)

When you submit a form we store: name, business email, company, job title (optional), company website (optional), phone (optional), inquiry type, project stage (optional), your message, the time you accepted this policy and your IP address (used for abuse prevention). We use this only to answer your request. We do not sell it, add you to marketing lists or share it with third parties.

An internal notification email may be sent to the team when a request arrives. If it cannot be sent, your request is still saved.

Portal and console accounts

Operator and staff accounts store a name, email, role, your language preference and a password hash. Sign-ins, credential changes and similar actions are written to an audit log with the actor, time and IP address. API keys are stored only as hashes.

Logs

Server and integration logs carry a correlation id so a request can be traced. Secrets and credentials are redacted before they are logged.
